- Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian holidays) after payment confirmation. However, during our peak season from March to June, processing may take up to 5 business days due to increased order volumes.

- We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and freight delivery for larger items.

- We currently do not ship to international destinations. We hope to offer this as an option in the near future.

8. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase as we use this information to ship our small parcels too and to locate the closest terminal to you for pick up (if freight shipping is required) We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
10. Delivery Acceptance:
- For freight deliveries, it is the customer's responsibility to be available at the specified delivery address to accept the shipment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for redelivery.
